I hae overdone it this morning but it's just so good to feel well again. I have taken dog out for his morning visit tothe beach, done dishes and tidied the kitchen, stripped and re-made my bed, hung washing, showered and cleaned the bathroom. I also went to get some pellets for the boiler and helped the man load 10kg bags into the car 2 at a time. I am about to take the dog to the other beach for his lunchtime walk and then I will spend some time on the sofa this afternoon binge watching SoA.
