halfpint Nov 2017 6:17pm, 13 Nov 2017 24,365 posts	0 halfpint I read my meter when my energy supplier sends me an email (monthly) yet they continue to estimate my usage for every statement. A man came to read the metre last week. Perhaps they will trust him. I am hoping my DD will reduce.

We had a smart meter put in recently so they should get readings automatocally, but I looked online and they haven't been getting gas readings for the last few weeks. I gave them up to date readings on-line. I also changed to a cheaper tariff so hoping for a lower DD too.
