I know children called Florence and Elsie but they're not likely to be in St Ives together.

On a sofa after a busy (and very expensive) 'chilled out' Saturday. Kayak trip tomorrow so should head to bed.

Morning. Stayed up until 9:30pm last night, OH got up at 8:30pm and came back to bed at 1:30am. I woke up at 4:30am, finally gave in and got up at 5am. That's not too bad, as I get up at 6am for work. I expect to need a nap this afternoon but I hope that I can be relatively back on track by Tuesday morning when I go back to work.

Still catching up with Masterchef Australia.

It takes me 3-4 days to get back to normal after going to Australia Paula. Though you slept on the plane, I can never sleep on planes so a lot of the first bit is clawing back lost sleep

Dog walked and currently eating breakfast. Off to kayak down the river Ness soon. I am nervous. Partly because I'm not confident about paddling but also because I'm leaving the dog with a friend.

I have replaced the batteries in the TV remote.

The old ones were flat, so it wasn't working.
