ICT have tried to fix the problem with my computer however it involves shutting down and restarting my computer which requires me to be able to sign into the VPN again. I can't do that as my mobile is on the fritz and intermittently not accepting the SIM card - I need to be able to receive a text with my OTP. Bum!!
