But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. So it seems like I have a irritated nerve in my foot, and it’s called Morton’s neuroma apparently.

Anyone have any experience of this and can give some tips how to manage it, or get some relief so I maybe just don’t have to completely get away from running with rest.

It’s exactly where the top arrow points, but on my left foot.
