16 x 300m paarlauf track job tonight.

Fancy that after the 7min reps with floats within last week and 3 x 1.5mile on Tuesday.

Think that's a straight forward do your 300m, jog 100m back to your pal after. So that squeezes recovery more than just standing there chatting would :-)

Easy 10 miler for me this morning, been so busy with work I have missed a couple of sessions so I need to also get a long swim done.

I have had to move to KMs now on 'Strava' , main reason being I hate seeing my swimming in yards. It would be nice if you could mix and match. I'd like to see my running and cycling in miles, swimming in metres and any elevation in metres. I think this kind of hotch potch approach to units is uniquely British!

I now quote my weight in KGs but my height in ft and inches!

Hi there - this thread started in 2010 over on RW and started as an improvement thread for myself under Moraghan's coaching, through to more of a general collaboration tool and place to share training and long winded race reports.

Thanks to the fetch community for allowing us to move over, and we'd welcome loads of new contributors adding to the thread, as we were definitely running on empty with a small bunch of posters near the end!
