No edit button isn't a defect. It's a feature. Much more fun when someone types late at night after too many sherbets with sossaj fungers. G I'll try and take a bit more time rather than lashing posts out. That or just write 2 pages worth to hide the dodgy post. |

Windsor Wool wrote: I’m pleased to be able to marvel at LBAC Si’s sessions once again but really looking forward to SG’s next 200m reps session so that we can really get in to the second decimal place 😀. Will watch the thread and re-learn 👍🏻 Oh my dear boy that is so 2015. It's all about the watch seconds and hiding the hundredths with an xx these days. I dug out a few of the pb race reports from a decade ago. My word dem splits!! Definitely will stick to comparing races to a few months ago then a few or load of years ago! |

Relieved the SG thread lives on. A bit of training stalking reveals Foppotee to be a Berkshire-based athlete with a running and tri pedigree and a sprinkling of hyrox thrown into the mix. 7M hills a trails this morning. 1000ft ascent. Blissfully quiet on the golf course up on the hill. |

I've found my way here. Took me ages to get over the lurgy/cough I caught in London taper week, so havnt had much to report apart from a couple of below par 10ks, so i didn't report them. |

Have collected a few of you as "buddies". But can't see where my buddy list would therefore appear or what the significant of said feature is? |
