Boo - doggie not coming as she'll be too hot and too much to handle for hours on the side of a hill - be bad enough with a 7 year old and 12 year old! What a blog - sounds about right! Rich ran (although that is a euphemism - it is jog/walk/run and bliddy hard work) it in 2007 and felt knackered but ok and his mate Bill looked like he was dying - he was positively grey! I made Rich drive home too, I'd had a glass of wine or two with Bill's wife, while we waited for them to come in!:) |

brainless - massive advantage. I took mine out when I decided to do a 5km on Friday night & 26.2 the day after - a bit of pain never hurt anyone did it ?!!! |
