Or mog (or his correct title THE gingmister) lays under the log burner until its too hot where he wanders out, flopps down, cools down then goes back under. Sometimes it can be 10 times a night. Funny to watch I would love to know what he is thinking.

:) I so wish I could have a cat...so I lurk here instead. Hubby's just really allergic to them.

Could you have a hairless one? Or a curly coated one?

If anyone has missed McG's blog today, it is worth a click for any cat aficionado.

I hope it begins a trend of seeing many Fetchcats in buffs, or even other items of clothing (sun visors, shorts, whatever you can hang on the moggy before he inflicts pain on you!)

Worried about Lenin. He seems not to be eating the food he's eaten all his life (I'm going to see if they've changed the formulation). Pablo still seems fine with it. They're brothers, 11 1/2 years old.

Weighed him last night and he's either 3.2 or 3.3kg - which is a lot less that the 4kg he was at just over a year and I'm sure the last time he was at the vet he came in at 4.5kg.

There's no other obvious sign of illness though he's also suddenly gone off the water fountain, favouring bathroom tap or my bathwater.

Vet time I think.

Definitely vet time sallykate.

Could be something easily treatable.
When Dylan went off his food and lost a LOT of weight (6.5kg to 4.7kg) he had thyrotoxicosis - removing his thyroid sorted it out immediately
