Thank you all... Its interesting that my other little cat, who hated Chuffy and is overjoyed to be an only kitty, actually has zero personality without him! Who would have thought that irritating old Chuffy made her...her.
I'm getting me a kitten when the spring litters start arriving.

Hello, I think I should join here. I have two Thundercat (girl) and Bolt (a boy) who are almost 2. They are not siblings, she walked into the flat when she was around 3 months old and having jumped into my arms never left, he joined us 6 weeks later after the vet convinced us that she could do with some company and he had a boy of her age who had been abandoned.

Oh yes, then we have Mr Fluffy, he's about 13 and we took him on last year having seen him as a stray for years but suddenly finding him very ill in a garden outside the flats we took him to the vet for treatment. Gradually he has moved in and now very rarely goes out. He is in proper love with my husband and pines fr him when he's not there :-)

There are pics of the young 2 in the gallery need to find one of Fluffs.

Lovely kits AJH! Thundercat looks like my Lenin - currently poorly with CKD diagnosed on Monday and still at the vet.

Fluid therapy (diuresis) hasn't had much of an effect on his creatinine levels (though urea came down so they want to keep him in a bit longer. It would help it he'd managed not to dislodge the drip last night! Very much hoping for better bloods tomorrow otherwise the vets think his days are numbered :-(
