Last night's critics were more relaxed about giving their views on each dish, and this contrasts rather with how Marcus & Monica voice their critique. It would have been useful to understand why a third chef was chosen - of course, if I've missed this part of the process, I'll gladly apologise.

They usually say if someone was unwell and had to leave. We wondered if there was an issue and a chef walked out, or refused to let their filming be used.
