I was supposed to be doing Chester this weekend but it would have been daft to attempt it - the cutoff would have got me! I'm hoping DeeGee is letting us start early again in November! How you doing riggys99?
riggys99 Sep 2022 5:54pm, 28 Sep 2022 1,282 posts	0 riggys99 Glad you enjoyed the weekend minardi I did the Humber coastal half on the 18th wasn’t sure how it would go as I missed a couple of weeks training due to hamstring injury Pleased with 1:32.25 especially as it was into the wind from the fitties to the finish near the lifeboat station. Since then training has gone well

I've confirmed toilets, medics and chip timing. Just remains to get down to the cash and carry to buy whatever it is I need to feed you and to mark out the course on the Friday night. On one of them, I'm trying out this new thing called "Marathon Running". Apparently you just run for an extended period of time. It's supposed to be wild.
