DeeGee Nov 2021 10:01am, 15 Nov 2021 21,451 posts	0 DeeGee They used to live in the little field by the hurdle gate and the right turn onto the grass bank, but moved to the corner of the golf course a little while ago, although I don't know if that's only in season and whether they go back to Mr Nuttall's farm once the tourists have gone home. There's a lot less security personnel on site after this weekend. I was surprised to see them driving the little train around on Saturday (not the seafront one, the Thorpe Park one), and on one particular pass there was even a couple of passengers in it. Not sure if they were trying to empty the tank of petrol, or whether they were still running it to get guests around the park. It shouldn't be there next weekend.

Why does a marathon always seem a ages away when you start training for it and then suddenly it race day (a bit like Christmas Day). Hope everyone is fit and ready to go.
