I'll be in Vienna tomorrow (not running though) - looks like it'll be cooler than London.

Vienna on Sunday @ 9:00 is predicted to be 18.
It was my first ever marathon, 10 years ago.

I hobbled round the Marathon starting area, in Vienna yesterday, lots of preparations going on. I'm very envious of those running, good luck.

Greek marathons have even less women running. I think last time I ran Thessaloniki there were about 200 women out of approx 2,000 finishers.

Son of a Pronator Man
I'm planning a trip to Helsinki next year to visit a friend and take in a race. There are two half marathons - one in mid March - which seems to be a stand-alone event and another in June which is part of a festival of running - a full, half and relay etc. Anyone got experience of either of these events to share ?

Lisbon marathon today looks like it will be interesting - hurricane strength winds there overnight.
