lots on my to-do list. I must get back and do Berlin, deferred last year due to injury (though I went anyway and had a fab time) but couldn't make it this year. Rome was fab. I'd like to do Stockholm, Tromso, Milan, Reykjavik and many more!

Ultra Kanga Kazzaaaaah!!
Would recommend In Flanders Fields. Flatter than a pancake so good for speed. Course is a little dull once you're into the second half but the event is growing fast which will help I suspect

I could reasonably do that from Kent, although I'd rather get into Belgium via Zeebrugge. Definitely worth thinking about. I'm going to have to give up the GNR one year.

There are two in Alsace, which is a region I love very much. Marathon du Eurodistrict Strasbourg-Ortenau is perfectly timed for me, perfectly located for me and pretty-much a must-do, which I'll save up for a GFA qualifier or something.
The other one is the Vignoble d'Alsace, which is a bit messier in terms of transport and accommodation, but still one I'd love to do.
Has anyone done either?

qualify for my 2 flags patch in Lisbon in October & then looking forward to Malaga, Tokyo & Little Rock before a cheeky 100 miler to round off 4 Foreigners in 15 days (why so many good events so close together )- then will be 3 straight months in Blighty trying to find out how to pay for it ?!!! that said it's cheaper for me to run in Holland or Belgium than Manchester, Liverpool, Yorkshire or further north.

I want to do Boston and/or New York. I have qualifying times for them both. But I'm doing an ultra next year, soo... I won't. Maybe 2016? Means I need to requalify. Argh - quickish half and/or marathon anyone?! Good news is that I'll be a year older, so in the 45 bracket for Boston, makes it an easy peasy 3:25 mara (Joke! ) But New York is still 2:58 or 1:25 half. I have those. I couldn't do under 3 for a marathon again. Could I do under 1:25 half again? Hopefully! G
