Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch
or for an ad-free Fetcheveryone experience!

Dibble you can download OS maps to your phone from the OS maps app, or if you’re like me and get lost easily use them online too (I don’t venture anywhere remote)
FM and I keep talking about doing a map reading course as we are shit at reading maps during our adventure races. Plus we should get a compass as we invariably end up shouting ‘where the fuck is south?’ about an hour and a half into a 2 hour race...

[Fleecy - don't you have a compass on your phone?].
If you buy the new OL maps there's a 'thing' on them to scan which allows you to download a copy on your phone. BOGOF 🙂

The DEFRA online map can also be good fun - you can zoom in to individual property and field boundaries, overlay types of soil or geology and so on.
