Footwear is absolutely key for me. Blisters can not only take the fun out of a day out but potentially stop you. Also they take time to heal. Lighter is better is my approach to shoes too. Trainers are my choice. I’ve actually just bought a pair of Hokas for the upcoming LDWA 100 in June, which will entail much more walking than running ;-)

I walk/hike in Roclite shoes too.

I carry first aid kit, charger for phone and an emergency foil bag more or less everywhere

I have ordered myself a new pair of trail shoes :-)
My old Salomons are a bit worn out and a little tight across the toe box. I've gone for my favourite brand NB in my usual wide fitting.

I’ve had a pair of Adidas Terrex boots for walking recently, wouldn’t use them in Winter conditions, but they’re good and really light.

Wet wipes, nappy bags, water, tiny 1st aid kit with tick remover, nuts, sweets, sunglasses, appropriate hat. Comfortable backpack!
