What time do the first runners come through? At what time is it difficult to get there? Sorry, never been before, despite living here for AGES.

The chairs start at 8.55am and the women start at 9.15am, so we normally see the first race activity between 10am and 10.30ish. The men start at 10am with the rest of the field, so it gets increasingly busy from 11 onwards. Roughly.
