Showered, half fed and a bit more with it - caught the sun Joopsy? Added bonus. It's nice to know that you can get round the distance even without all the training you'd usually consider necessary isn't it? That's the positive I'm taking from my run anyway. DS and sparkle - keep at it!

I did 23 laps of the Watford Parkrun diamond so got lots of support. The club had a drinks station and some gels. Great atmosphere. Would do another ‘big marathon’ but hate virtual events.
