Interesting, as always many things to track to make it a study that really says anything. βDr Peter Swoboda emphasized that exercise is good for the heart, but warned that recent studies suggest that people who participate in long term endurance sport "could lose the health benefits of exercise" β But what constitutes long term endurance sport? And for who. Letβs hope they find out something interesting! |

Thanks Kieren, that was a long read. Interesting! But also a lot of "moving parts" to keep track of. For instance i have thousands of hours of recorded training HR data, and daily hr data, i have no idea of how to interpret missed beats and or HRV and so on. |
