Wondering if Froome's maneouvre yesterday was slightly out of fear, grab some time now because I fully expect Quintana and Movistar to have a real dig today.

Valverde is back in the peloton.

Nah doubt it was fear, if anything he's passed the responsibility to attack onto Quintana, whereas normally Froome would be expected to attack on the first uphill finish
