I would eat it. But that's not much of a recommendation. I used to like a scone based tuna pizza that I made as a student.

Tinned fish should never be served hot. Fresh tuna should be served simply. So no.
And fish and cheese don't go together.
These are hard and fast rules. And besides tuna is probably not sustainable.
