Spleen - do people really do that! Duchess - thanks - good point about having questions ready for the end.

Hendo - so what are good answers to the weakness question - things that you can say how you are fixing them

Don't forget what questions you may have for the panel. They will ask you so prepare.
In my experience you will be more prepared than the interviewer. I've had some shocking interviews.
Finally, if you don't know just blag it and learn on the job. Quote from Mr. Branson and how I've managed all my working life.

They might ask things like "what do you think the challenges are for our company, in our market?" and what would you do.
Also having done a few interviews I give more credit if I get the sense that they are interviewing the company too. Don't appear desperate to work there, ask questions as if you are not yet decided.

I'm sure you are better than just blagging your way through your career WW, and I might advise against swearing at the interview panel!

"I'd say my biggest strengths are never quitting and always finishing the job to the bitter end, which ironically got me sacked from my last role as a fluffer".

I always ask why someone has applied for the job; how would your friends describe you in three words has been used here; a good question to throw back is 'Why do you like working here?' or some sort of variation - rewarding thing about your job etc.

If the interview includes a tour/show round and that person is not on the panel - don't assume they won't be asked for their opinion.
