Well I think this must be the thread for me. I've been told I'm not right for rach's thread
I need to lose about 4 or 5kg and change my body composition to get more lean body mass and less fat. Nothing is loose though

Could do with someone to pester me to keep track of what I've eaten to keep me away from shameful chocolate binges. Any Gillian McKeith like Fetchies out there to pester anyone on this thread and be the healthy eating guru?
Maybe a Gillian McKeith's -v- Chubby Brown's group?

I'm going to add this thread to my watch list, I'd ideally like to lose a stone but would be more than happy with even half of that!!

If there are any Fetchies like Gillian McKeith, I trust they'll be offered the very best of care in the secure unit of Fetch. And while we're here, only fellow fatties are allowed to call us fat bastards, the rest of you are on very thin ice, standing next to a fat person.
