I’m wearing a pair of walking trousers that I’ve not worn since living here (nearly 2 years). Just need to cut down on the sweet stuff and have yoghurt and fruit instead. Glad you’re having a great time in Spain Sweetie. Have you had a flu/Covid Jab EvilPixie. I had mine fortnight ago and I’m only just getting back to feeling normal. Hope you feel better soon. |

Had my covid and flu on the 22nd and I've been "off" most of the time since looking at my garmin stats ... after a couple of days interesting |

Could be that then EvilPixie. My Garmin showed I was feeling off but I didn’t really need it to tell me 😂. Had my booster on the 30th and my HRV was unbalanced until this morning which coincides with feeling good yesterday and today. Take care 🤗 |

It's been a bit quiet on here this week. 🤔 I've stuck pretty much to the food and exercise plan and have ticked off my LKWYDLS goals with a month to spare My process goals have worked well - I am on day 94 of 10k steps a day and logging all food on MFP. I'm doing 3-4 sessions of resistance training each week and am lifting heavier weights (I've lost 6cm off my upper arm already!). The results: - 1.4kg off this week (after a couple of 0.2kg loss weeks) so I've now lost 10.6kg - I've run all of parkrun 3 times in the last 4 weeks so can say I comfortably can run 5k. I really wasn't expecting this a I've failed to get to this point many times over the past 8 years, so I'm delighted with this. I'm not stopping yet - I'll see how far I get before The Big Day. |

Further to Jaks comment - Mr Garmin is now saying I am feeling better which I am despite not changing anything so could have been an underlying reaction to jabs scales being stubborn but I now have 2 pairs of jeans I can take off without undoing and I can get on (and just about breathe but don't want to sit down in!) some size 10 jeans so I am assuming they are miss-labelled! I'm also getting comments now on my weight which is lovely - Mr Pix still hasn't commented |

It's sometimes hardest for those closest to you to see the difference, EP; stick with it. I have the opposite; Geoff can see the difference but none of my friends have commented. I'm not letting that bother me as I'm not doing it for them 😆 |

This is true it IS for us and no one else You 're doing great I'm not surprised my scales had stuck as I haven't been trying too hard of late if I am honest! |
