I wear arm warmers for most of my races, never take them off. In hot weather I have white ones and sometimes even put water on them, I'm sensitive to the sun so they protect my skin.

I tend to wear my reflective jacket but sometimes I think the gilet would suffice.

Tikka Nov 2022 10:37am, 17 Nov 2022 363 posts	0 Tikka Shades and I are sisters - as long as I layer up, my upper body is toasty, but no matter how much I layer up, my legs, hands and feet are never warm enough, let alone too warm. It’ll be double tights here today for sure - it was icy first thing.
