I used to have a funny ‘pull’ in my calf and they did help although I found wearing them most days and after exercise also helped, not just for running!

Obviously it is HR postcode = Hereford, not any village/town in Herefordshire... Mostly, I get around that by putting the village in as an address line but there are other oddities that make it impossible to conjure a complete address. I rather not challenge the system! Although, in the past, a letter addressed to: The Dutch Woman In a Chapel South of Hay on Wye Did arrive... A thank you card from someone I helped... Hay is another example: HR postcode but actually in Wales!!!
