I probably race/put effort in to 3/4 parkrun’s a year so far this year one of my parkrun’s I’ve tried and it was reasonable (for an old fatman)

That's four parkruns, none of which I ran hard.

I should have done Barcelona Marathon last month and London this month. The former I pretend to be sad about but actually I was injured before so if it had happened I'd have just been trying to scrape round in under the 6 hour cut off. Still, would have tried to enjoy the day.

London I would have smashed ;-)

29 parkruns, three other 5k, one 5 mile, five 10k, one 10 mile, one 15 mile. Ooh & 2 XC. Think that makes 42.

Title says it all - how many races have you done this (calendar) year.

Races are anything that produces published results (either paper or online or anything similar) with times and/or positions.

This therefore includes (but not limited to): Road Races, Fell Races, Cycle Races, Triathlons, Aquathlons, Duathlons, Parkruns (whether you actually "raced" them or not), Orienteering races, Track races (i.e. any T&F), Cross Country, Trail Races, Sportives, Adventure races, Mountain Marathons, Crits, time trials etc.....

Races with multiple stages with an overall result (a la tour de France) are separate races if there are results published for each day. So, 2 day Mountain Marathons are 2 races.

Adventure races where it is continuous = 1 race.

Parkruns are Races!! End of.
