Aha, I thought I might be mixing the 2 different runs up completely! So Saturday is that about 19 miles? What time of day are you starting? I'll need to do an out and back to get my car, so I could come with you e.g. to Drymen, then turn back for 24 miles? I'm trying to get back in time for the rugby at 2.30 which my lad and I may either go to or watch in a pub! What do you mean I'm not taking this running seriously enough?! G |

Training weekend plan seems to be leave Tyndrum at 9am and drive to Beinglas, then do an out and back heading south.

No probs sants. I did speak to Ian at the Mud Bath (I mean XC) yesterday and it sounded like he thought you were starting Beinglas and going south, as flyingfinn above said. To be honest, I'll join in with whatever you're doing! And if I can only do half with you, that's fine. I will bring my own car tho, hope that's OK, cos then I can shoot off asap after. So yeah, let me know where you, Joops and Siouxsie will be and I'll fit in with wherever you're going! G |

Cool, that's same as what Joops said. Phew! What time starting from Milngavie? I could come there, run to Drymen, turn round and go back, gives me 24 miles, 12 of it with you guys. You *will* be going slow, won't you? I really don't want to / can't do anything too quick. G
