I suddenly hit a black spot last night which has continued into today, got that constant lump at the back of the throat feeling like I could cry any moment. So it was lovely to see some friendly fetchie faces on the live podcast this morning. Just trying to think positive thoughts

I probably would never have done that if I hadn’t been in lockdown, (although, in reality, there wouldn’t have been a need to). I’m hoping to continue to do a minimum of thirty minutes a day. Trim, it was nice to hear the voice behind the avatar on the podcast today.
