I saw a mouse helping itself to the few morsels of left over hog food this morning.

We think we saw a mouse on the camera this morning. Our hog/hogs are hungry, all the food was gone again.

Hog is early tonight for his/her tea, they missed the worm in the doorway though!

Ours got through nearly 850g of dry cat food in three nights! They might have had a bit of help.from the fox and magpies, but a good amount of it was them.

Hedgehog rescue place said that they might have been out in daylight because they feel safe and know we put food out, so just to keep an eye on them. The big and medium ones look fine, but the smallest one is still quite small so hoping it gets a good share of the food.

Just popped my head out and the biggest one is munching away happily at the moment.

Mild excitement here today. The entrance hall to our hog house has leaves and twigs in it which weren’t there a few days ago. We might have a resident!
The food we’ve put out, in increasing helpings, has been eaten every night just lately.
I’ve put the camera out to capture any comings and goings tonight.
I’ll report back tomorrow 🤞

Hog activity very low by us. Haven't seen one for two weeks and feed is not being taken.
