Worth doing though - before I did a maxHR test I was using 220-age and regularly hit 110% of my 'maximum' LOL!

I agree,very hard to keep spot on with h/r training,more running fitter u get,the more effeicient your c/v.

asda has one which i presume takes radial post as it doesnt need/have a chest strap.
