I think I'm about to buy some running sunglasses. I find that running in a breeze really gets my eyes irritating and watering. Funnily enough, I don't tend to suffer all the other/above symptoms while actually running.

I'm working from home at the moment, but wish I was in the office. 45 mins in the car then 8 hours in an air conditioned would be bliss right now.

Well yeah, like always. It's bad .....but might as well post this on the mundane thread in my case. *tries not to rub eyes, not to sneeze, not to scratch itchy skin...and blah blah blah*.

My hayfever is actually at its worst in Winter - end of Jan, beginning of Feb this year: when the tree pollen starts unleashing.
Over the Summer, I've noticed - like Synge says - that it's been bad when there've been strong winds. I'm guessing we have a lot of particulates in the air as a result.

The tree pollen makes me sneezy.
But whatever pollen is round about now makes my eyes itchy (sometimes), my chest tighter and I tend to wake up with a hayfever "hangover"

Usually yes, but nothing to grumble about this year. I would expect to be holed up in the lounge with the blinds drawn in this weather.
