It's been a good day to catch up on washing before we head off camping. I suspect we might come back with a lot of mucky gear.

Biblical rain here the day before my holiday. Will need to use the tumble dryer. Forecast looks better for next week though

The rain stopped and the sun came out so I've got a load out. Might be a bit late in the day but couldn't resist!

OMG that thing that I was going to do about 5 hours ago, then forgot what it was, then thought it couldn't be that important anyway was .... THE WASHING
Could be a case of wearing kit liberated from the laundry bin at tonight's race I fear :-o :-o

Bloody brilliant drying day here today. 4 loads done, hung and dried. Nice and warm with enough of a breeze to aid drying, but not so much to ruin an afternoon sitting outside.

You sound as if you were at mine HP although only 2 loads today but they were mostly towels and heavy dressing gowns.

For lovers of the art of hanging the washing out:

Weather forecast: Shall I hang my washing or not ? Check here:

Terminology: 'Fluffing' -- Going out and runninng your hands over the washing just to feel whether still moist. Sometimes not needed but we all like to fluff

'Melvyn' - where you run you fingers through your washing, you think it's damp but you're not sure. It could be dry. You leave out or take in? you've done a Melvyn'.

Also for sharing photos of 'Extreme pegging'. Plastic or wooden they are all embraced here :)
