The climb out of the Chatsworth Estate upto Ians rock is abit of a killer after a couple of hours running as well. Not that long, but quite a sharp rise

21 miles and not much naviagating... yes, I do want to, perfect for a long run towards the FLM training :-)

It is good for a long run Su and it's much more interesting than a road run plus of course you get soup and cake at the end. :-)
