I don't know. I go to the one the mill at Cromford as they are the closest. Wakebridge now has a cheese maker, it sells in our butcher, but is opening a shop next year at the farm I believe. Looking to specialise in Sheep's cheese apparently. |

Looks like still open. Looking at the website made me hungry and home-sick in equal measure

Lol. Come back to good lands and good shops. We had carols around the village tree in the marketplace last night. Was fantastic 🎄 |

I Believe in Unsafe Breadbin
Merry Christmas Everyone! If anyone's planning a run in during the holidays, I just thought I'd take a shameless opportunity to promote our social running groups new route - The Peak and Valley Round. 20 miles, amongst the foothills of Kinder Scout, taking in Cown Edge, Lantern Pike, Chinley Churn, and Mellor Cross. The full route is 4000ft of elevation, on trail or footpath with a few minor road sections, and there are shorter variants for those who may be unsure and would like to get a feel for the main event. There are even three Peak District pubs serving beer and good food on the route! Details here: - peakandvalleytrailrunners.co.uk |

That sounds ace. Shame I’ll be in Suffolk, which is not known for its hill running opportunities
