Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

a bit warm out there. Maybe a hat with water over the top to keep cool?

The breeze should keep the heat away, bit might be a nasty headwind in parts. Tuck in, steal someone else's effort!

Ah well. Today I weighed in 17 lbs lighter than I was on New Year’s Day, got a shiny new HM pb from a few weeks ago, weather conditions good. Just sitting in garden enjoying the sun.

11 miles today and at 50 miles ( half indoors) my lowest weekly mileage for the year. A case of what might have been but stay safe people and will Do this when ever it eventually happens.

Fairly fresh today up on the moor, as it always is even on the hottest summer days. Overtook the lead bike at one point, though he went past me on the downhill half!

Set off at 6am. A little disappointed at lack of support, only saw 6 people and no portaloos. Not sure that I got the date right.

One of my club members got a PB yesterday - posted a 3:20, though I think he deviated from the course a little. Still, 26.2 is 26.2 on race day, and I trust his Strava!

Impressed with his dedication, but he felt morally obliged to do it as he was fundraising.
