plodding hippo Mar 2020 11:35am, 12 Mar 2020 51,094 posts	0 plodding hippo yeah its towpath can get a bit muddy, and obviously there are other towptath users/bikes etc to contend with There are 2 routes..one involves 8 x 1.6 mile out and backs across a nasty little blue bridge, the other is 4 out and backs

All quiet country roads, some hills, lovely scenery. Not doing it myself as doing an ultra that day, but that would have been my alternative if Boston UK ( 1000 people ) gets cancelled.
markgallmac Mar 2020 12:44pm, 12 Mar 2020 40 posts	0 markgallmac Nicola Sturgeon has recommneded that from next week Scotland outlaw all gatherings of 500 or more people. Things are starting to happen now. Ireland are using the 500 number too. Wouldn't be surprised if this becomes uniform.

Keep your training tight and up together. Missed training due to rumours and hearsay can not be recovered. So top tip is to knuckle down and prepare well.” Keeps me motivated and had a 3 hour run this morning.
