4.14.42 not quite the 4 hours I wanted but still good for my 1st marathon and in those conditions. Good prep/training run for my next challenge - The Wall in June

I had a blue top on and was running with the 4 pacer for the first 19 miles. There was also a girl called Jenny in a club vest running in that vicinity, but can't remember what club

just this fella kept me going when i over took the pacer at mile 24 n icould,nt find him at the end to say thanks ,He had light blue topon :0

My pace was spot on 3:30 to 21 miles, and then my Garmin died and I lost pace being 3.5 mins late:-(
I was a pacer at Mcr 10k for 50 mins, I ran 5 mpk but speeded up so my one and only pace runner could get a pb. He finished in 48:55, very red faced, but pleased I hope after
