I’m not sure I could make either of the breads I hate sticky dough I can just about handle making pizza dough.

larkim Oct 2021 8:52am, 6 Oct 2021 15,637 posts	0 larkim I was much more engaged this week as savoury bakes are more mouthwatering to me than all the cakey stuff that they normally produce. There are a few who are starting to grate in terms of personality (or voice!) already but settling down to its usual enjoyable pattern again. I do wish for the technical that Prue or Paul were put in a separate tent and complete the task in the same time period to see what they actually produce to compare with what the contestants do; you could do Paul completing a Prue-set technical and vice versa, or Paul / Prue doing the tech challenge that they've set themselves. I think it is implied that the ones that they sample at the start of the tech challenge are baked by them, but it's not explicit, and I'd like to see the occasional disaster which might arise. Also, have noticed a lot more comment about the "practice tent" this year from the contestants. Again, I've always assumed there is some practice capability, but it feels more explicit this year. Or is it just me paying more attention to it?
