i got a shock re that tunner, i had no warning of it. I'd take it as a walking break H, its on a bit of a slope and its quite slipppy

I ran too much from the start, I would spend a few mins at each CP. the whole course is runnable so easy to get carried away at the start. I doubt I would have made the finish without buddy runners from ratho.
