at the end of the day
awww Andy, how inconsiderate!!!!!!, think i will be around the 10minute mile pace as well set off too fast at DEESIDE 6miles in 45,20. spoke to RO on the phone 30 mins ago as i didn,t have my race number on the web (52) and he was out marking the course. he confirmed what a lot of people have said in so far as wearing roadsters as the preferred option

thanks for the road shoes info, thats good to have some up to date info

SA, difficult to predict my time that far, if you are 7 miles from the end then that is around 50 miles, I expect to be slowing by then so prob there around 6pm or later (9 hours in - based on 8.06 for 47 miles in Jan and I will be taking it easier on sat)

Might not see you then, Hellen - unless The Rentboy drops me because I can't keep up with him (He'll be faster over 57 miles than I'd normally be over 7! :-o). ;-)

:-p

I'm only likely to cry if I've had a really bad time of it and people are nice to me!!!

So if you've had a good time, we're not required to be mean to you? ;-)

Rentboy, I'm happy to get you all the (second, third, fourth...) drink I tend to have when going out. ;-)

If I do a really good time I might cry too but from
Past experience the tears have tended to be just before I finish when I realise I'm
Going to get a good time
Since I havnt done this distance before I don't really have a benchmark!

Star x and I have decided it would be a good idea for us to be together. So we will both be at 18.8 miles.
