What time does this race start, was hoping to be at Auchenstarry, (Kilsyth) to cheer the runners on but can't find a start time.

9 am supporters would be most welcome
I'll not have fetch top cos it's not very long and rides up when wearing race pack. Will have fetch buff though and bright pink calf guards

Bobby no shops as santa says but they'll take a drop bag to the Falkirk Wheel (half way'ish) for you and one to the finish.
Last year I got off the train in Queen street and just jumped in a taxi to the start

LW - if you are at Kilsyth - I will try and make sure I am at Allandale at the Underwood Lockhouse and then Dvorak mentioned he would be at Falkirk Wheel.

Is there anything that anyone would prefer me to have sweetie/food wise - extra water / wet facecloths.

just waiting on the dtls of when my wee ones football will be finishing so that I can work out what time to be at Allandale - LW - will give you my moby no and you can let me know when runners pass you

I am getting really confused by all these place names! I think of the race in terms of how many miles or which CP

If its hot it might be nice to Beable to top my water bottle up between CP, any food ( veggie ) will go down well thanks!! Things which might go down well would be Jaffa cakes, crisps, mini chedders , - the sort of things which are not so easy to carry when runnig. Will be carrying sweeties so something diff would be nice but whatever is easiest for you / what you had in cupboard / what is on offer!!
