Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

Wonderful gig at EartH in Stoke Newington last night. A load of Xtra mile acts playing songs along with an orchestra. A really interesting night that worked brilliantly. Not so great was getting home at 2:30am.

Took a punt on Gang of Youths last night, partly because of the venue (the amazing Albert Hall, the Manchester version!) and the chance of a Sunday roast at Gorilla beforehand!

It was a damn good punt! Top, top performance, and David (can never remember or spell his surname) is probably the best live lead singer I've seen in years. Huge energy, engagement and presence, as well as one hell of a voice.

Anyone at stiff little fingers in Leeds tomorrow, seems to think someone else was going to the original date in March 20

flanker my new favourite band. Was wondering if someone on here had gone. Got rid of our tickets and escorted my mother to Russell Brand instead. I know which one I'd have preferred! Brand actually started at 6 in Liverpool as he's turned over a new leaf and had optimistic visions of doing both but he goes on...and on

We went to see Tom McRae last night. He did a very intimate gig at The Water Rats in London. Maybe 150 in the venue at the most and it was packed. Brilliant 😀
