Is there a x-training for cleaning? Cleaning horses should come under that
I'm going to spin later. And ice skating, but I don't think that's on the list (I usually use roller skating instead. Same difference.)

Hadn't thought about logging cleaning! Just washed down paintwork in the hall, stairs and landing ready for garland and other decorations going up.

Run done and logged.
Had intended to swim, but my usual session wasn't happening today, so ran instead.

You only get one point per day per person so getting training logged everyday is ideal. Having said that I'm struggling to do that due to injury so just doing as many days as I can.

Distance / intensity are immaterial, isn't that so? So you could run half a mile and log it and still get your point?

Yes 1 point only per person per day. Walking is fine. That's what I'll be doing over the next few days.

Oh, if walking counts... I'll be travelling on Wednesday, walking between car park and station, between platforms on two stations, overground to underground, underground to overground and last station to final destination. And all of it while trundling a case and carrying a bagful of presents.
