Delighted with my time today, watch says 1h52m17s, a PB by almost 8 minutes. Half Marathon #2 for me, first was Crathes just 2 months ago. No chip timing, so official time might be nearer 1h53m-ish.

Saw lots of familiar faces, sorry if I didn't say hello. Everyone seemed to do fantastic that I spoke to, well done all.

Seemed to be a well organised race and offers great value for money, long sleeved techy t-shirt, medal, decent bag of munchies at the end, and an epic buffet after the race. Big thumbs up from me, I'll be back next year.

Yas! Beasted out a new PB today - 2hr 07m 10s; which is four minutes off my old one set at Dyce in August! I had a great run and felt really strong throughout, no traces of the injuries I picked up during and post Loch Ness Marathon. Great, friendly little race as well - what a spread after! I was feeling a bit too ropey to have much more than some tablet and half a sandwich sadly but it looked great.
Seems like everyone else had a great day too :)

I managed a PB too, just a few seconds off, I stopped my watch at 2h 09m 09s im happy with that. Well done to everyone who ran today! I wish more races offered a nice buffet at the end.

Well done everyone! My Garmin shows 2:03:56, which is nearly 9 minutes off my PB, so am over the moon! Really enjoyed the course and the atmopshere, and was really great to meet some more Fetchies in person :)

Well done Dawdles, crookedsmile, RWR and Lesley, you all did fab :) What a great race, I loved it! Tall Loon did great. He stuck with us for the first 9 miles then (with a bit of encouragement) zoomed off into the distance, rapidly disappearing from view as he overtook umpteen people who must have wondered where on earth he'd been for the first part of the race :)

I'll let Maz post her/our time up but safe to say she played a blinder.

I had a great time and really enjoyed not PB-chasing for once :) (PS - Sorry to whoever the person was who bet on me, but I did say not to!)

Am home, tubbed and scrubbed, and contemplating a large glass (or two) of vino to celebrate my first half under 1:40. A garmin time of 1:39:31. A lot of work in run up and it all (nearly) came together on the day.

Great to see a few of you and well done all who ran.

Great event. Great food. My first time at Fraserburgh 1/2M and really enjoyed it (and the PB). Is the weather always that good up there?

BTW I hope the 600 credits folks put on me provided an adequate return. I know a couple who bet, but not all.
