Thanks Mike, and thanks for the support! Makes such a big difference seeing a friendly face :) looked like you were on target to get back to Ellon before dark when we passed you, hope it was a good cycle!

yeah got to Ellon and a bit further, the old railway line is getting "done up" at the ellon end but its rubbish for cycling on til they have finished so ended up on the road again. 100.4 miles in total. luckly i had flashing lights on the bike and a head torch.

Well done everyone, brilliant running, great to see all the familiar faces and some new ones today. I really loved it too, once I decided to slow down a bit and just enjoy the run. A very friendly race indeed, I had a few random folk chatting during the race which I love. A postie from Westhill who said he might join our club and loved our half!

Especially chuffed for all those getting PBs and to MikeR for his support. The food was excellent as usual and it was a great decision by the organisers to put it on in a bigger venue. Was lovely that Graham from our club got a prize too.

Most excellent to receive a long sleeved technical t which is a first for me. What a great value race. Love it xxx

A lovely race on a lovely day. Though 13.1 miles is hard work!

feeling a bit shabby this morning!

Crookedsmile - just spotted your post but am at work so limited access to FB (via phone) will have to look at that pic later. Most (All) of my race finish pictures look like gurning as I'm usually suffering. No comments about looking like I'm gurning all the time please!
