not a bad weather forecast for tomorrow - chance of a shower but sunny second half and decent temp.

shorts & vest weather I reckon. Look out for me Old Croc, I'll be wearing a fetch hoodie & hanging out with the Stonehaven bunch. Don't think I've seen you since that pancake stop during Speyside Way!

Hi everyone, hope you're all well fed and resting up. I am doing my best but stressing a bit as per; attempts at structured training for this kind of fell to pieces so I'm just going to cross my fingers and keep putting one foot in front of the other until I get to the finish. I'll have fetch kit on I think, not going to decide 100% what I'm putting on top until the day dawns.

See you tomorrow at some point RWR and the rest of you.

RWR - you'll be fine, get out there and don't panic.

Dawdles
Training this week has consisted of eating, sleeping and generally doing nothing at all.

Similar strategy here, turn up, run, finish, eat cake. :)
