PB of course. Unless you want a seriously thought out reasoned answer?

I suppose a bit of pressure to get PB will be a good thing!

The last time I ran a longish run with a bit of pace was at the beginning of March (Droitwich Half), where an injury flaired up and stopped me from running as much during March/April. No pain now due to adapted insoles, just a weird sensation, but I don't want the pain to return to then stop me from enjoying Forces. Think I'll just try to knock a min or two off, which I should do ok. Just had in my head that I would try to get sub 3:45. I'll leave that one for my first go at Abingdon this year me thinks.

Given the recent return from injury and recently adapted insoles I would suggest a cautious approach to Shaekespeare. I'd agree that Abingdon might be a better bet for the hard and fast effort. See you at Illfracombe!
