If I have understood the rules right, Czechia beating Turkey would mean that England's next game is one of Slovakia, Ukraine, Romania or Belgium rather than the Netherlands. Georgia beating Portugal also works.

Depends. Czech's could win by I think 3, and we're playing Netherlands again. Unless Georgia also win, and it's back to the other group!!!

The Danes had a great team in 1986 and no-one saw that defeat coming against Spain. Jesper Olsen gave them the lead with one of his "stop dead before I kick the ball and see what the keeper does" penalties, and we all thought that was the start. Didn't expect the goals to start raining in at the other end.

I’m sure every England calling for Southgate to ‘take the handbrake off’ would say ‘fair cop - it’s what we asked for’ if we went 1-0 vs the Dutch and then hurled ourselves forward to get picked off 5-1.
